Neelum Journeys is the tour and travel division of Muzaffarabad’s Neelum View Hotel. We are now expanding our operations to other areas and sectors of the tourism industry, after serving in the hotel industry for over 20 years. With our experience and resources, we are able to provide clients with the highest level of service in the hotel and tourism industries throughout the region.
We identified their needs after conducting a market survey of over 200 clients, and developed travel solutions to meet those needs. Our goal is to provide high-quality service to our clients throughout their vacation and to meet their expectations. Knowing the new tourism market in the Neelum Valley region, we understand the limitations that holidaymakers face because it is not yet a fully established market that can guarantee a premium standard stay, but we are in a very privileged position because of our extensive network and resources.
Neelum Journeys is based on the concept of a “One Stop Shop.”
